Kristen Gullickson, CFP®, is a financial advisor with Partridge Financial, where she partners with individuals, retirees, families, and business owners to create thoughtful financial strategies. Kristen enjoys helping clients navigate retirement, tax planning, business succession, and life's many financial decisions so they can focus on what matters most.

A proud Spearfish native, Kristen believes that every person's story is unique. That perspective was shaped during a gap year after high school when she attended the University of the Nations' Discipleship Training School, spending three months in Lausanne, Switzerland, and three months traveling throughout India. One lesson has stayed with her ever since: "Different, but not wrong." It continues to guide the way she listens to clients and develops personalized solutions.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Black Hills State University, Kristen spent a summer leading travelers from around the world on tours of America's national parks, an experience that sparked her lifelong love of the outdoors.

Kristen and her husband, Dan, later moved to Denver, where she began her career with Jackson National. After six years in the insurance division and working alongside hundreds of financial advisors, she discovered her passion for helping clients directly and knew she wanted to become an advisor herself.

Today, Kristen and Dan are grateful to be back home in Spearfish raising their three sons—John, Davin, and Piers. Whether she's helping clients prepare for retirement, guiding business owners through succession planning, or enjoying the beauty of the Black Hills with her family, Kristen is passionate about helping others build lives filled with purpose, security, and lasting impact.
